Where Babies Come From

Today Lexi witnessed a women giving birth on TLC. I was cleaning the kitchen and didn't know what she was watching and yeah... it was a full view of "a baby coming out of her tummy." She just sat their for a little bit while I tried to pretend like everything was okay by saying.. "wow! did you see that baby come out of her mommies tummy... she's kinda funny looking huh?" Lexi looked at me and said "uh huh, it looks like Michael!" I've been retelling the story all day and I don't think she really remembers what she saw.

This week..

So the wedding is almost complete. I still have to send out invites and a few other loose ends. I'm waiting for my sister to call me so I can ask her about pictures...

Brett began working on the fence this weekend! Yeah! I'm so excited to have that job completed!

Tonight i have a meeting with Father to see what my future holds work wise. I'm kinda nervous because I'm not quite sure if I even want a job.

Michael is starting to stand. He decided it's time to grow up!

Well nothing else noteworthy... maybe tomorrow.

OUTSIDE!

We spent all of yesturday outside! We went for a jog first, then ran errans, then went on a picnic, then on the way home the kids fell asleep so I parked them in the shade and I played in the garden. (some of my strawberry plants have blossoms!) I got a minor sun burn but the other to are peachy! I know Lexi browns like her Dad, we'll see what Michael does I'm sure yet this summer.

Today, we will be going on another jog. (we are trying to prepare for a 5k on July 4th, I'm not sure if it will happen at this rate.) Then this afternoon it's off to mason to pick up wedding invites and to buy shoes for my bridesmaids! All this little decisions suck!

Well, I hear Lexi stumbling around upstairs.

The Picnic Dress

Today is a rather cold day, but i've been letting Lexi choose her own clothes for the day. Today she looked in the closet and found a dress she's never seen before. She told me, she wanted to wear the "picnic dress".

I'm not a toy!

Yesturday during Mass, I was holding Lexi and Mom was holding Michael. Michael was reaching and playing with everyone. When he reached for Lexi's back she said,

"Michael, I am not a toy!".
